Frequently Asked Questions

Why does the Fees Covered field say yes when the cost of the ticket is $0.00?

This happens when the ticket is purchased alongside other items that include a cost and the supporter opted to cover the fees for the other items in the order.

For example, a supporter places an order for a free ticket, a t-shirt for $10.00, and a raffle entry for $5.00. The order sub-total is $15.00, the supporter agrees to cover fees. The Fees Covered field will say yes for all items in the order.

Are the columns in the report different when pulling from the Organization vs. the Campaign Reporting page?

There are several columns that are campaign or data specific (see the Additional Details column under the Report Breakdown to see those specific fields).

For example: You pull the Participants Report from your In-Person Event campaign’s reporting page. Your export will include the following columns:

  • Ticket Status

  • Guest of Sponsor

  • Sponsor Contact Email

  • Guest of Ticket Bundle

  • Ticket Bundle Name

  • Ticket Bundler Buyer Email

Next, you go to your organization’s reporting page, and pull the Participants Report for all of your Virtual Challenge campaigns. Your export will NOT include the following columns as these columns don't apply to that campaign type:

  • Ticket Status

  • Guest of Sponsor

  • Sponsor Contact Email

  • Guest of Ticket Bundle

  • Ticket Bundle Name

  • Ticket Bundler Buyer Email

Why am I missing contact information for the participant when I have contact information for the order buyer?

Contact information, such as phone and mailing address, are collected from the order buyer based on Order Buyer Contact Info settings. Contact information for a participant is based on settings related to the specific registration type assigned.

  • If the campaign is using Tickets, the Participant Contact Info setting can be found on the individual ticket.

  • If the campaign is using Quick Join, the Participant Contact Info setting can be found under Registration > Setup.

If specific contact information is blank, we recommend reviewing each contact information setting to ensure fields are configured to best meet your needs.
