Commitments Report

Understand the breakdown of the Commitments report

The Commitments report is available when there is at least one ticket with a minimum fundraising commitment enabled for your P2P In-Person Event campaign. This export includes a list of all fundraising commitments and relevant details about the fundraiser’s progress.

What's Included in the Commitments Report

Excludes:

  • All tickets with a commitment enabled that have at least one registered fundraiser.

  • Fundraisers with an active commitment.

  • Fundraisers with an exempt commitment.

  • Fundraisers with a canceled commitment.


Report Breakdown

Field Name

Field Description

Campaign Name

The name of the campaign that the fundraiser with a commitment is associated with.

Campaign ID

The unique ID for the campaign that the fundraiser with a commitment is associated with.

Campaign ID Format:

camp-[unique number]

Participant ID

The unique ID that is assigned by Pledge It for the participant (i.e. fundraiser with a commitment). All participants will be assigned a Participant ID.

First Name

First name of the fundraiser with a commitment.

Last Name

Last name of the fundraiser with a commitment.

Email

Email of the fundraiser with a commitment.

Ticket Name

The name of the fundraiser’s ticket option.

Status

The status of the fundraiser’s commitment acceptance. The field value will be one of the following options:

  • Not Accepted: The fundraiser has been registered but has not accepted their commitment. This fundraiser does not have a card on file.

  • Accepted: The fundraiser has been registered and has accepted their commitment. This fundraiser has a card on file.

  • Exempt: The fundraiser has been registered and is not responsible to fulfill the commitment associated with their ticket.

Commitment Amount

The minimum amount the fundraiser must raise based on their commitment.

[Deadline Percentage] Fulfilled On

The date the fundraiser fulfilled a specific deadline.

Each deadline percentage will appear as separate columns on the report. There may be up to four deadlines included based on enabled commitments:

  • 25% Fulfilled On

  • 50% Fulfilled On

  • 75% Fulfilled On

  • 100% Fulfilled On

This field may be blank if:

  • The deadline is not fulfilled.

  • The deadline is not applicable to the fundraiser’s commitment.

  • The fundraiser is exempt.

Fulfilled Amount

The total amount the fundraiser has fulfilled towards their commitment.

This field will not exceed the fundraiser’s commitment amount.

Total Raised

The total amount raised by the fundraiser.

This field may exceed the Fulfilled Amount if the fundraiser raises more than their commitment amount.

This field will match the value on the participant’s fundraising page, and includes donations, sponsorship, commitment charges, and the cost associated with the participant’s ticket.

Failed Charge

This field indicates if the fundraiser has a failed commitment charge that may need to be resolved. The field value will be one of the following options:

  • Yes: Fundraiser has a failed commitment charge that is not resolved. This will appear on your Commitment dashboard was a red credit card icon.

  • No: Fundraiser does not have a failed commitment charge

This field will be blank for exempt fundraisers.

Managed by Name

If the fundraiser is managed, the name of the individual managing the participant’s fundraising page.

Managed by Participant ID

If the fundraiser is managed, the unique ID that is assigned by Pledge It for the participant managing the participant’s fundraising page.

This field will be blank if this individual is not a registered participant for this campaign.

Managed by Email

If the fundraiser is managed, the email of the individual managing the participant’s fundraising page.
