Incentives Report

Understand the breakdown of the Incentives report

The Incentives report is available for P2P-enabled campaigns and will be relevant when using the Achievements feature to manage Incentives.

This export includes a list of all incentives earned, including participant name and ID, title of incentive earned, and date earned. Each incentive earned will appear on a unique line item on the report, and participants may appear more than once if they earned more than one incentive.

  • Fundraisers who have earned an incentive.

  • Fundraisers who have earned milestones.


Report Breakdown

Field Name

Field Description

Campaign Name

The name of the campaign that the participant is associated with.

Campaign ID

The unique ID for the campaign that the participant is associated with.

Campaign ID Format:

camp-[unique number]

Participant ID

The unique ID that is assigned by Pledge It for the participant. All participants will be assigned a Participant ID.

First Name

First name of the participant.

Last Name

Last name of the participant.

Incentive

The name of the incentive earned.

Date Earned

The date the incentive was earned.

Incentive Status

The status of the participant’s incentive. The field value will be one of the following options:

  • Earned

  • Requires Attention. This status indicates that something has changed about the participant’s progress, and they have fallen below the incentive threshold.

Fulfillment Status

The fulfillment status of the incentive. The field value will be one of the following options:

  • Unfilled

  • Fulfilled

Participant Email

Email of the participant.

Participant Phone

Phone number for the participant that is collected during registration based on Participant Contact Info.

  • If the campaign is using Tickets, the Participant Contact Info setting can be found on the individual ticket.

  • If the campaign is using Quick Join, the Participant Contact Info setting can be found under Registration > Setup.

Phone may be blank if:

  • The field was set to optional or disabled for the specific checkout experience at the time the registration was completed.

  • The field(s) was not provided when completing an order using the GivePoint Terminal.

Participant Mailing Address

Mailing address for the participant that is collected during registration based on Participant Contact Info.

  • If the campaign is using Tickets, the Participant Contact Info setting can be found on the individual ticket.

  • If the campaign is using Quick Join, the Participant Contact Info setting can be found under Registration > Setup.

Mailing address may be blank if:

  • The field(s) was set to optional or disabled for the specific checkout experience at the time the registration was completed.

  • The field(s) was not provided when completing an order using the GivePoint Terminal.

Managed by Name

If the fundraiser is managed, the name of the individual managing the participant’s fundraising page.

Managed by Participant ID

If the fundraiser is managed, the unique ID that is assigned by Pledge It for the participant managing the participant’s fundraising page.

This field will be blank if this individual is not a registered participant for this campaign.

Managed by Email

If the fundraiser is managed, the email of the individual managing the participant’s fundraising page.

Managed by Phone

If the fundraiser is managed, the phone of the individual managing the participant’s fundraising page.

Managed by Mailing Address

If the fundraiser is managed, the mailing address of the individual managing the participant’s fundraising page.
