RegFlow Report

Understand the breakdown of the RegFlow report

The RegFlow report is available when RegFlow is enabled for your In-Person Event or P2P In-Person Event campaign. This export includes a list of all RegFlow submissions—both Application and Waitlist—providing details about the status, rank, and invitation details for each submission.

What's Included in the RegFlow Report

Includes:

Excludes:

  • All application submissions, regardless of status (Needs Review, Reviewed, Invited)

  • All waitlist submissions, regardless of status (Needs Review, Reviewed, Invited)

  • Registration details for a participant registered for a ticket part of RegFlow

  • Ticket inventory counts for tickets part of RegFlow


Report Breakdown

Field Name

Field Description

Campaign Name

The name of the campaign that the submission is associated with.

Campaign ID

The unique ID for the campaign that the submission is associated with.

Campaign ID Format:

camp-[unique number]

RegFlow ID

The unique ID for the RegFlow submission.

RegFlow ID Format:

rgfw-[unique number]

Type

The type of submission. The field value will be one of the following options:

  • Application

  • Waitlist

First Name

First name on the application or waitlist submission.

Last Name

Last name on the application or waitlist submission.

Email

Email on the application or waitlist submission.

Submission Date

The date the submission was submitted.

Previous Fundraiser

This field answers the question, has the individual fundraised for my organization in the past? The field value will be one of the following options:

  • Yes

  • No

This field is checked at the time the submission is received based on the email address collected on the form.

Status

The status of the submission. The field value will be one of the following options:

  • Needs Review

  • Reviewed

  • Invited

Rank

The rank of the submission. The field value will be one of the following options:

  • Unranked

  • High

  • Mid

  • Low

Invited Status

The status of the invitation sent. The field value will be one of the following options:

  • Blank*

  • Expired

  • Pending

  • Registered

*This field will be blank when the submission’s status is Needs Review or Reviewed.

Ticket Name

The name of the ticket associated with the submission.

The ticket is selected by the individual and can be edited by the admin from the admin dashboard.

Expiration Date

The expiration date of the invite for this ticket.

This field may be blank if the submission’s status is Needs Review or Reviewed, or if an expiration period was not selected when sending the invite.

Questions

Each application and waitlist question will be listed in a separate column. The field label will be the question text and the value will be the answer.
