When downloading reports you will be able to customize the time frame of the report (if applicable to the report) and whether or not custom questions should be included in the export (if applicable to the report). Creating a template for your settings will allow you to quickly re-run the report in the future.
Note: When downloading the Participants Report, you will see additional options to configure which columns are included in your export.
Steps
Navigate to where you'd like to pull your report from by visiting a campaign dashboard, Program dashboard, or your Organization dashboard.
Select Reporting from the left side menu.
Choose which report you want to create a template for and click Create Report.
Choose a title for the report.
Select the time period for the report, if applicable.
Indicate if custom questions should be included in the report, if applicable.
Click Save Template.
Once created, templates can be accessed under the My Templates tab within the Reporting menu.
Create Participant Report Template
The Participants Report is one of the largest reports offered. Due to the amount of potential information that this report includes, you are able to select which columns you need when exporting this report.
Navigate to where you'd like to pull your report from by visiting a campaign dashboard, Program dashboard, or your Organization dashboard.
Select Reporting from the left side menu.
Find the Participants Report and click Create Report.
Choose a title for the report.
Select the time period for the report, if applicable.
Indicate which columns you want in the report: All or Select Columns.
If Select Columns is selected, all the potential columns will appear and you can pick and choose which columns to be included. The columns will be listed on the right as you add them and you can click the minus sign (-) to remove them if they are added by mistake.
Indicate if custom questions should be included in the report.
Click Save Template.
Note: The options for custom questions include All, Global Questions Only, or None. You will not be able to pick specific custom questions to include within the Participants Report because custom questions vary across organizations.
