You can control what questions appear during registration on your campaign, ensuring that you have the information you need about your participants to host a successful event or fundraising campaign.
Steps
Visit your campaign’s Dashboard.
Select Settings from the left hand menu, then select Registration.
Visit the Collect Info tab and select Add Question.
A menu will appear showing the available types of questions you can add. Select the question type you need from the options provided.
A pop-up will appear allowing you to edit the settings for that question, including whether or not the question should be required, the option to include help text, and which tickets you want the question to apply to.
Depending on the question type added, you may need to fill in the details of your question or provide multiple choice options.
Adjust your settings and click Save.
For each question type, you will need to provide the question details, then adjust the Settings for how that question will be treated at registration. The above example shows a Multiple Choice question, where answer options must be provided for individuals to choose from.

Note: If you are editing an In-Person Event or P2P In-Person Event campaign type, certain contact details such as Address and Phone number are configured on your ticket type. Adding them as custom questions will result in duplicate fields at registration.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I enable questions only for certain participants?
Yes. You can apply questions to certain tickets on your campaign. By default, your questions will apply to all tickets unless indicated, so be sure to review the question settings and under “Display question for” select the option for “Select tickets” and then check the box for the appropriate tickets. Your question will only appear to participants registering with that particular ticket.
Can I preview the questions I’ve added?
Yes. Select the Preview button above your questions. It will show you which questions apply to which ticket based on what you’ve indicated and show you how your questions will display to viewers during registration. Note that what you’re seeing will not be the full registration experience, but just the custom question portion. We recommend viewing your public campaign page and also previewing the entire registration experience before launching your campaign.
