There are several automated emails that can be triggered to your supporters when they interact with your campaign. The different emails available to edit will depend on your campaign type and what features you have enabled (such as if you are selling tickets to an event, have added an auction or are using the Sponsors feature).
Steps
Visit your campaign's Dashboard.
Select Settings from the left side menu.
Select Email and then choose the email you'd like to edit from the options available.

Donation Receipt - enabled on every Pledge It campaign
Fundraiser Welcome Email - enabled on campaigns with a peer-to-peer component
Order Receipt - enabled on In-Person Event or P2P In-Person Event campaigns
Sponsor Receipt - enabled when the Sponsors feature is being used
Raffle Receipt - enabled when the Raffles feature is being used
Auction Welcome - enabled when an auction is added to your campaign
