If you have enabled an auction on your campaign, your bidders will receive an automated email confirming they’ve registered to bid and linking them to your auction. You can customize the message included in the Auction Welcome Email.
Note: If bidders indicate during registration that they want to receive SMS updates about your auction, they will receive an SMS text message confirming they have been registered and linking them to the auction. If they opt out of SMS updates, they will receive the Auction Welcome email.
Steps
Visit your campaign’s Dashboard.
Select Settings from the left side menu, then select Email.
Click on Edit below Auction Welcome. You will see a preview display of the email display in the right pane. In the left pane, you can use the text editor to customize your preferred message.
Click Save when finished editing.
