If you have enabled the Raffles feature, an automated receipt will be sent to purchasers. You can customize the message included in the Raffle Receipt to thank people for their entry and share any additional information.
Note: If you are hosting a raffle on an In-Person Event or P2P In-Person Event campaign, the Order Receipt will function as the raffle receipt. All other campaign types will have a dedicated Raffle Receipt.
Steps
Visit your campaign’s Dashboard.
Select Settings from the left side menu, then select Email.
Click on Edit below Raffle Receipt. You will see a preview of the email display in the right pane. In the left pane, you can use the text editor to customize your preferred message.
Click Save when finished editing.
