Customize Raffle Receipt

Edit the receipt sent to participants buying entries in your raffle

If you have enabled the Raffles feature on your campaign, an automated receipt will be sent to purchasers. You can customize the message included in the Raffle Receipt to thank people for their entry and share any additional information.

Note: If you are hosting a raffle on an In-Person Event or P2P In-Person Event campaign and someone purchases their raffle entries as part of their registration to your event, their Order Receipt will include their raffle entries and function as their receipt. Raffle entries purchased directly from your campaign page (not via registration) will trigger the Raffle Receipt.

Steps

  1. Visit your campaign’s Dashboard.

  2. Select Settings from the left side menu, then select Email.

  3. Click on Edit below Raffle Receipt. You will see a preview display of the email display in the right pane. In the left pane, you can use the text editor to customize your preferred message.

  4. Click Save when finished editing.
