Note: RegFlow is specific to P2P In-Person Event and In-Person Event campaign types.
Your campaign has a Message Center you can use to keep in touch with different audiences affiliated with your campaign. When RegFlow is enabled, a new audience category will be activated allowing you to easily contact applicants, including those who have not yet been invited and those with pending or expired invites.
Using the RegFlow to quickly contact applicants can be a great way to inform them of new event opportunities you may be offering. This feature can help you quickly reach applicants that weren't able to get a spot in a particular event, but might want to join another opportunity.
Steps
Visit your campaign's Dashboard.
Select Messages on the left side menu.
Click Create in the top right corner to create a new message.
Under the Audience tab, find the category for RegFlow and select your desired audience.
Customize your message by visiting the Content, Styles, and Settings tabs before sending.
Tip: When navigating your RegFlow dashboard, you will see a Message icon in the top right corner and can use that to jump straight into creating a message with the RegFlow audience pre-applied.
Frequently Asked Questions
If I have participants that have applied for multiple tickets, will they receive multiple emails if I message applicants?
If that applicant has used the same email address on their applications, they will not receive duplicate messages. The platform de-dupes the email addresses when sending messages. If they had used different email addresses on each application, then they would receive the message at each email address.
