Note: RegFlow is specific to P2P In-Person Event and In-Person Event campaign types.
Your campaign has a Message Center you can use to keep in touch with different audiences affiliated with your campaign. When RegFlow is enabled, a new audience category will be activated allowing you to easily contact people who have submitted an application or joined a waitlist.
Using the RegFlow audience in the Message Center can be a great way to inform interested participants of new event opportunities you may be offering. This feature can help you quickly reach applicants that weren't able to get a spot in a particular event, but might want to join another opportunity.
Steps
Visit your campaign's Dashboard.
Select Messages on the left side menu.
Click Create in the top right corner to create a new message.
Under the Audience tab, find the category for RegFlow and select your desired audience.
Customize your message by visiting the Content, Styles, and Settings tabs before sending.
Note: The RegFlow audiences you see in your Message Center are specific to your campaign's settings. If you are not using both Applications and Waitlist, you will not see both categories. Additionally, the Waitlist category will only appear when the waitlist is activated.
Frequently Asked Questions
If an interested participant has multiple application or waitlist submissions, will they receive multiple emails when using this feature?
The platform de-dupes the email addresses when sending messages to prevent someone from receiving multiples of the same email. If they had used different email addresses on each application or waitlist submission, then they would receive the message at each email address.
