Note: RegFlow is specific to P2P In-Person Event and In-Person Event campaigns.
When using RegFlow, automated emails help your interested participants stay informed about next steps and expectations for your event. There are emails that apply when using Applications and/or Waitlist. The RegFlow automated emails you can customize include:
Application Submission: Sent to applicants after applying
Applicant Invite: Sent to applicants when they are invited to register
Waitlist Submission: Sent to waitlisted guests after joining the waitlist
Waitlist Invite: Sent to waitlisted guests after they are invited to register
These emails already include default content that explains next steps, but you can tailor them to provide additional information as desired.
Edit Application Submission email
Visit the Dashboard of the campaign where RegFlow is enabled.
Select Settings on the left side menu.
Select Emails from the Settings menu.
Select Application Submission to edit the default email.
Customize the Headline, Intro Message, and What's Next details using the text boxes provided.
Click Save when finished.
Note: This email confirms the ticket option that the registrant applied for. If the registrant applied for multiple ticket options on your campaign, they will receive an Application Submission email for each application.

Edit Applicant Invite email
Visit the Dashboard of the campaign where RegFlow is enabled.
Select Settings on the left side menu.
Select Emails from the Settings menu.
Select Applicant Invite to edit the default email.
Customize the Intro Message and Invite Instructions using the text boxes provided.
Click Save when finished.
Note: The 1-2-3 step invite instructions provided in the email cannot edited. They are streamlined to take the applicant directly to registration where they can input their invite code and complete registration.
