Note: RegFlow is specific to P2P In-Person Event and In-Person Event campaigns.
RegFlow is a registration workflow that allows you to customize the registration experience for your event by adding an application process or enabling a waitlist. It is an optional feature that can be enabled on event-based campaigns. If your campaign's tickets have a limited quantity available, you can configure the waitlist to enable when a ticket type has sold out.
When the waitlist is enabled:
Sold out ticket types will display "Join Waitlist" on the registration page
Participants can fill out your interest form to join the waitlist
You will be able to review, rank, and invite waitlisted participants to join your event if additional space becomes available
You will be able to message waitlisted participants
Note: The waitlist can only be configured for a ticket when a quantity limit is enabled on that ticket. If your ticket type does not have a quantity limit set, you will not be able to turn on the waitlist unless you edit the ticket and implement a quantity limit.
Enable RegFlow
Visit the Dashboard of the campaign you'd like to enable RegFlow on.
Select Settings on the left side menu.
Select RegFlow from the Settings menu.
Use the toggle in the top right corner to turn RegFlow On.
Customize Waitlist Setup
After enabling RegFlow, you will be taken to the Setup menu where you will see a list of your campaign's tickets. You will be able to indicate if each ticket will need an application or waitlist.
Note: If you have not customized tickets on your campaign, we recommend you add or edits tickets before proceeding. Visiting Settings > Registration to review your ticket options.
Visit the Setup tab within the RegFlow settings menu.
Under Tickets, review the list of tickets on your campaign that can be managed with RegFlow.
By default, RegFlow is toggled Off for all tickets. Use the toggle to select Waitlist for any applicable tickets that you'd like to manage a waitlist for. Any ticket that does not need an application or waitlist can remain Off.
Your changes will save immediately upon making your selection and you can proceed to configuring your waitlist form.
Note: In the above example, two tickets have Waitlist enabled. One ticket has an Application enabled. You can use any combination of RegFlow features on your ticket options. If neither an application or waitlist is needed for a ticket, Off can remain selected.
