Note: RegFlow is specific to P2P In-Person Event and In-Person Event campaign types.
RegFlow is a registration workflow that allows you to customize the registration experience for your event by adding an application process or enabling a waitlist. It is an optional feature that can be enabled on event-based campaigns. It is designed with charity bib races and endurance fundraising in mind, but it can be used to support any event where registration is limited and in high demand.
To learn more about how RegFlow works and if it's a good fit for your campaign, we recommend reading this overview article before customizing this feature.
Enable RegFlow
Visit the Dashboard of the campaign you'd like to enable RegFlow on.
Select Settings on the left side menu.
Select RegFlow from the Settings menu.
Use the toggle in the top right corner to turn RegFlow On.
Customize Setup
After enabling RegFlow, you will be taken to the Setup menu where you will see a list of your campaign's tickets. You will be able to indicate if each ticket will need an application or waitlist.
Note: The application feature is currently available. Waitlist functionality is coming soon.
Note: If you have not customized tickets on your campaign, we recommend you add or edits tickets before proceeding. Visiting Settings > Registration to review your ticket options, set any capacity limits, and enable any minimum fundraising commitments that may be required.
Visit the Setup tab within the RegFlow settings menu.
Under Tickets, review the list of tickets on your campaign that can be managed with RegFlow.
By default, RegFlow is toggled Off for all tickets. Use the toggle to select Application or Waitlist for each ticket. Tickets that do not need an application or waitlist applied should remain Off.
Your changes will save immediately upon making your selection and you can proceed to configuring your application or waitlist form.
Customize Application Form
Visit the Application tab within the RegFlow settings menu.
Use the Application Instructions field provided to add instructions you'd like the registrant to see when filling out your form.
Use the Application Form Questions builder to customize your application form. Three questions are required (First Name, Last Name, and Email) but you can add as many additional questions as you need.
Select Add New Question to add additional questions. Use the toggles provided to mark questions as Required or add Help Text to a question to provide additional context.

Preview Applicant Experience
Once you have RegFlow configured, we recommend previewing the applicant experience to ensure that your settings are configured to your liking.
Navigate to your campaign's homepage.
Click on the Register button and review your ticket options.
Select a ticket that has an application applied by clicking Apply. Confirm that you see the Application Instructions and application questions you customized.
If you have tickets without RegFlow enabled, confirm those tickets are labeled Select instead of Apply.
Note: Your campaign settings allow you to set Registration Instructions that provide additional context for registrants that are visible when making an initial ticket selection. These are different from the Application Instructions registrants see when applying for a ticket.
Registration Page Example
Below is an example of how your ticket options will display when an application is applied. In this example, two tickets are gated behind an application, but one ticket is available for anyone to select. An invite code box is enabled, allowing any invited applicants to enter their unique invite code to claim their spot.
Application Example
Below is an example of what a registrant might see when applying for a ticket. Application instructions appear at the top, the ticket they are applying for is confirmed, and any custom questions you've configured must be filled out before the applicant can press Submit.
