When hosting a P2P campaign, individuals will be able to personalize the message, cover photo, and profile photo that displays on their personal fundraising page after they sign up. Team captains will also be able to customize their team's page content.
While some participants will choose to personalize their pages, many will choose to use or adapt the default content you provide. Customizing the images and text on fundraiser and team pages before participants join can go a long way in helping ensure donors see strong, impact-oriented messaging about your campaign's mission.
Tip: Fundraiser pages are the pages that get the most donor traffic on P2P campaigns! It's in your best interest to customize these defaults to ensure fundraisers have a strong start when creating a page that gets shared directly with donors.
Customize Fundraising Pages
Visit your campaign’s Dashboard.
Select Settings from the left side menu, then select Fundraising Pages. You may see two or three tabs on this page: Individuals, Teams (if enabled), and Shared Footer.
Visit the Individuals and Teams tabs to customize the default fundraising goal, page title, page story, profile photo, and cover photo. What you add here will be the suggested content fundraisers see when joining and customizing their page.
Click Save after editing each tab.
Note: A few sentences of default text have been provided for you, but we highly recommend you tailor the language to your organization's mission and campaign. At a minimum, consider including your organization name or campaign name. Keep this section short, sweet, and impact-oriented so fundraisers are reminded of why they're participating and donors understand what their donation supports.
Customize Shared Footer
Visit your campaign’s Dashboard.
Select Settings from the left side menu, then select Fundraising Pages.
Visit the Shared Footer tab and click Add Section. You can choose to add a Custom Content block, Logo Grid, or Sponsors display (if using the Sponsors feature).
Add additional content as needed and drag/drop the sections in your preferred order.

Frequently Asked Questions
I changed the default text after participants have already signed up. Does this overwrite what's on their pages?
No. Any changes you make to the text on the default individual and team page content will only apply to future fundraising pages created. It does not overwrite text on any existing pages. However, if you change the default cover photo or profile photo, the new photo you uploaded will update for any fundraisers or teams that haven't customized their photos yet.
Is it required to upload a profile photo for individuals and teams?
No, but we do recommend customizing this with a default profile photo instead of leaving it blank. Adding a photo or logo (even if it's just your organization's logo) is one of the easiest ways to make your campaign look more polished and professional.
