After you enable the Sponsors feature, the sponsorship packages you create and sponsors you add are initially hidden from view until you choose to display them on your campaign. This ensures you can take the time you need to build out your packages before adding them to your public campaign page.
There are two content blocks that will become available for use once the Sponsors feature is enabled: the Sponsorship Packages content block and the Sponsors content block. You’re not required to use either of these content blocks, but they do work together to streamline your sponsorship management.
Sponsorship Packages
The Sponsorship Packages content block will generate a display of the sponsorship packages you have created and allow supporters to browse the different options and purchase a package directly. You can determine the title and color theme of your Sponsorship Package display. The display will automatically update to indicate if a limited sponsorship package has sold out.
Sponsor Logos
The Sponsors content block will showcase logos from current sponsors, sorted into tiers that align with your sponsorship packages. When enabling this display, you will be able to determine which tiers you want to showcase and the logo size for each tier. As sponsors purchase packages online (or as you add sponsors offline), their logo and hyperlinked website (if provided) will automatically be uploaded to the appropriate tier in this display. If a sponsor has not provided a logo, their name will display. You can also set the title and color theme of the Sponsors display.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I display these content blocks in multiple places on my campaign?
Yes. You can add these content blocks anywhere you like on your public campaign page. You will be prompted to adjust your color and theme and/or display preferences each time you add a new display. For example, if you want to just display your Title Sponsor on the home page, but show all your sponsors on another page, you can add two Sponsors content blocks in different places with different display settings.
Do I need to use these displays if I enable the Sponsors feature?
No, they are completely optional for you to use. They can help streamline sponsorship management, but your organization can still benefit from all the features for managing sponsorships internally on your campaign without using either of these displays. If you do not want to use the Sponsors content block to display logos, for instance, you can use the Logo Grid instead or upload your own graphic design to showcase your sponsors.
