Duplicate, move, or hide content blocks

Control the placement and visibility of content blocks on your public campaign page

Updated over a week ago

Your campaign page is customizable, allowing you to make it your own with your preferred combination of content blocks and sub-pages. Once you've added content blocks, you can duplicate them and control their placement and visibility with a few simple navigations.

To edit any content block, simply click directly on the content block or select Edit from the three dot menu on the left side of the content block, where you will also find additional options.

Duplicate content block

  1. Visit your campaign's Dashboard.

  2. Select Settings from the sidebar menu.

  3. Select Campaign Page from the Settings menu.

  4. Find the content block you would like to duplicate and click the three dot menu on the right of the content block.

  5. Select Duplicate to make an exact copy of that content block.

  6. Drag-and-drop the content block to your preferred location on the page you've added it to by grabbing the handle on the left side of the content block.

Move content blocks between sub-pages

  1. Visit your campaign's Dashboard.

  2. Select Settings from the sidebar menu.

  3. Select Campaign Page from the Settings menu.

  4. Find the content block you would like to move to a different sub-page and click the three dot menu on the right of the content block.

  5. Select Move, then use the dropdown menu that appears to select the sub-page you would like to place it on.

  6. Navigate to the sub-page where you moved the content block and drag-and-drop it to your preferred location on the page by grabbing the handle on the left side of the content block.

Change visibility of content block

  1. Visit your campaign's Dashboard.

  2. Select Settings from the sidebar menu.

  3. Select Campaign Page from the Settings menu.

  4. Find the content block you would like to hide from view or make visible and click on the toggle.

  5. When the toggle is green, the content block is visible. When the toggle is grayed out, the content block is hidden from view.

Tip: Why hide content blocks? There are several reasons you may want the ability to toggle certain sections of your campaign page on and off. Some common use cases are:

  • If you are drafting content to be added to your public campaign page, but it is not ready for viewing yet

  • If you need to add a temporary announcement related to your campaign that you can quickly turn on/off

  • If you want to share a post-event thank you message that you want to toggle on only after your event is over

Instead of deleting or overwriting sections and losing content that could be duplicated for future iterations of your campaign, or drafting sections on the fly, you can use hidden content blocks to curate your campaign page and retain content year-over-year.

Delete content block

  1. Visit your campaign's Dashboard.

  2. Select Settings from the sidebar menu.

  3. Select Campaign Page from the Settings menu.

  4. Find the content block you would like to move to a different sub-page and click the three dot menu on the right of the content block.

  5. Select Delete. In the pop-up that appears, confirm you want to delete the content block.

Note: Deleting a content block cannot be undone; if you are deleting a custom content block with unique text or photos that you may need later or when you duplicate your campaign for next year, you consider toggling it off instead.
