Your campaign header is the first thing visitors see when coming to your campaign page. Make your campaign stand out by customizing the header image, headline text, and action buttons.
Steps
Visit your campaign's Dashboard.
Select Settings from the sidebar menu.
Select Campaign Page from the Settings menu.
Click Edit in the Campaign Header box.
A pop-up modal will appear with additional settings. Review the Design, Content, and Action Buttons menus to make any changes, then click Save.
Design
Header Style
You will find three different options for how the header will appear when viewed on a desktop: Fade, Overlay, and Side-by-Side. When using the Fade or Overlay options, the portion of image shown on the screen will scale depending on the viewer’s screen size. When viewed on a mobile device, your campaign header will feature the full image, with the campaign headline and sub-headline listed below it, regardless of which header style you select.
Campaign Header Image
Click Edit on the header image to upload or remove a campaign header image. Campaign header images require a 4:3 aspect ratio, such as 1024 x 768, 1600x1200, or 1920x1440. If you upload a photo that does not have a 4:3 aspect ratio, you will be prompted to crop your image to fit.
Note: The image you upload as your campaign header image will also become the default image for fundraiser or team pages on campaigns that support Peer-to-Peer fundraising, if a custom image hasn’t been added.
Content
Headlines
You'll also be able to adjust the text that displays in the Headline and Sub-Headline of your campaign's header. By default, the headline will be your campaign’s name, but you can use this field to overwrite what appears on your campaign header. It will only overwrite what appears on the header; your campaign name will remain unchanged in other locations where it appears.
The sub-headline is where you can share an exciting statement about your event's impact, at-a-glance location details, a short welcome message, or a call-to-action statement. Sub-headlines are optional to use, but are valuable real estate on your campaign page because the campaign header is one of the first things supporters see.
Amount Raised
You'll also have the option to include the total amount your campaign has raised within your campaign header. Simply adjust the toggle if you would like show or hide the amount raised.
Action Buttons
You are able to assign up to three calls to action that will appear in the header of your campaign page as buttons. Action buttons for registration and donations are enabled by default on applicable campaigns, but you can slot in additional action buttons for sponsorships and silent auction when using the Sponsors feature and/or Silent Auction feature.
Use the plus or minus icons to add or remove actions from the provided slots.
Use the handle on the left side of the button tile to reorder the button placement.
Edit the text label of each button as desired.
Note: Adding or removing action buttons from the button slots only affects what is displayed in the header of your campaign page. Action buttons may still be displayed in other places of your campaign even if removed from the header. Visit General Settings > Setup > Engagement to enable or disable action buttons across your entire campaign.
