Note: Giving plans are created when donors make recurring gifts to your organization. Recurring giving can be enabled on Donation Form campaigns.
Pledge It can help you keep a pulse on recurring donors by tracking donor gifts and predicting potential future revenue. To view this data and a master list of all your recurring donors, visit Giving Plans in your Organization’s Dashboard.
At a glance, you will be able to see:
the number of active plans
estimated monthly total
average giving plan size (per month)
You will also find a searchable table that includes each donor giving plan, the amount, its current status, and when it was initially created. The table can be filtered by plan status. An export of all the giving plans is available to download from the table.
Clicking on an individual donor’s giving plan will pull up additional information about the donor and their recurring gift, including the date of their next charge, their plan’s lifetime value, and a record of their past payments.
The right-side menu will display the donor’s contact information, which can be edited, and the campaign source of their recurring gift. While you cannot edit their giving plan preferences directly, you can resend the management link to the donor so they can make changes. Click the Send icon to resend their management link.
