If you hear from a donor that did not receive their pledge confirmation email or would like a copy resent so they can edit or manage their pledge, you can resend that email at any time.
Steps
Visit your campaign’s Dashboard.
Under the Raise tab, search for the donor’s pledge in the Donations table.
Click on the three dot menu on their donation line item and select Resend Link to Edit Pledge.
Alternatively, you can click on the pledge record to pull up additional details about their pledge, including the invoice date. In the Pledge Details section, you’ll see a button labeled Resend Email that you can click.
When you resend the link to edit their pledge, you can also choose to send a copy to yourself, which can be helpful if you need to forward the email to them.

Pull up their donation record to view all details about their gift. Click Edit Donor Info and update their email address. Click Save, then go ahead with resending their pledge link.
