If a donor requests a copy of their receipt be resent to them, you can trigger a new email to be sent.
Steps
Visit your campaign’s Dashboard.
Under the Raise tab, search for the donor’s donation in the Donations table at the bottom of the page.
Click on the three dot menu on their donation line item and select Resend Receipt.
Alternatively, you can click on the donation record to pull up additional details about their gift. In the Payment Details section, you’ll see a button labeled Resend Receipt that you can click.
A pop-up will appear to confirm the email address you are sending the receipt to and give you the option to send a copy to yourself. Click Send.

Pull up their donation record to view all details about their gift. Click Edit Donor Info and update their email address. Click Save, then go ahead with resending their receipt.
