After adding an offline donation, you can edit the donation record to include additional detailed information about the donation, if desired.
Steps
Visit your campaign’s Dashboard.
Under the Raise tab, search for the donation in the Donations table.
Click the three dot menu on their donation line item and select Edit donation.
In the pop-up that appears, you can edit their contact information, change their donation info, complete any donor custom questions on their behalf, or change the recognition details of their donation.

If I add a donor’s email address to their offline donation record, will they receive any messages sent to donors via my campaign’s Message Center?
Yes. If you provide contact information for an offline donor, they will be included in your Donors audience in the Message Center.
