Every campaign on Pledge It includes a built-in Message Center to help you communicate with your supporters via email. When sending messages, you can customize the content layout, branding colors, header image, and audience of your messages.
To help save time customizing each and every message you send, you can duplicate:
existing draft messages
previously sent messages
scheduled messages
This allows you to create an exact copy of the content, design, and audience to repurpose in a new message.
Steps
Visit your campaign's Dashboard.
Select Messages on the left side menu.
Find a message under the Sent, Scheduled, or Draft tabs that you want to duplicate.
Click the three dot menu on the right side of the message and select Duplicate.
A copy of the message will open in the message builder for you to begin editing.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I duplicate messages from one campaign to another campaign?
No. At this time, messages can only be duplicated within the campaign they are created. If you need to copy content from an old campaign's messages, you'll need to copy/paste the content over.
How can I make sure the same colors and header image apply across all my messages within a campaign?
We recommend customizing a draft message that has your preferred colors and campaign branding, then duplicating that message when you want to send new messages. You can also duplicate any sent or scheduled messages that already have your branding. Creating new messages (using the +Create button) allows you to customize the content and formatting from scratch each time.
