Note: RegFlow is specific to P2P In-Person Event and In-Person Event campaign types.
Any application submitted to RegFlow can be edited, as long as the applicant has not yet registered.
Why might you need to edit an applicant's application?
The applicant has a typo in their email and did not receive the invite. You can edit their email address and resend the invite.
The applicant realizes they applied for the wrong ticket option on your campaign. Instead of having the applicant reapply, you can edit their application and change the ticket option they are interested in.
The applicant forgot to include important information in their application form and you want to edit their responses.
Steps
Visit your campaign's Dashboard.
Select RegFlow on the left side menu.
Find the application that you need to edit. If the application has not yet been ranked, it will be under Needs Review. If the application has already been reviewed and ranked, it will be under Reviewed.
Click on the application to open the application modal. In the top right corner, select Edit.
Make any changes to the applicant contact info, ticket option they are interested in, or their question responses.
Click Save when complete.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I edit the application of someone that I have already invited to register?
You can edit the content of the application, but you cannot edit the ticket type the applicant was interested in. If you need to change the ticket type tied to their application, you will first need to revoke their invite. Once the invite is revoked, you can edit their application and resend the invite.
Is the applicant notified if I make changes to their application?
No. The applicant does not receive any notification that changes are being made. We trust that you are in communication with the applicant about any changes to their application content.
