Mark items as fulfilled

Track which items have been distributed to supporters

Note: This feature only applies to In-Person Event or P2P In-Person Event campaign types.

After enabling the Shop feature, you are able keep track of which items have been distributed to purchasers by marking them as fulfilled in your dashboard.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Event Day, then select the Products Sold tab. Alternatively, you can navigate to Shop and view the Sales tab. Both tables will show the same information and perform the same functions.

  2. A sortable table will display your products sold. Use the search bar to find the person whose order you would like to fulfill.

  3. Click the Mark fulfilled button to indicate for your records that the item has been distributed to the buyer.

  4. If someone has purchased multiple items, click on their name to pull up all products in their order. From this view, you can select Mark All Fulfilled to indicate you've distributed all items in their order to them.

Note: Marking items as fulfilled does not trigger any email or notification to the buyer. It is an internal tool designed to help you track who has received their purchases and is optional to use.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I export a list of my products sold?

To export a list of all products sold on your campaign, select Download when viewing the Shop table. You can also download your Shop Products report by visiting your campaign’s Dashboard and selecting Reporting from the left side menu.

I accidently marked an item as fulfilled. Can I undo this?

Yes. Simply click on the fulfillment button again to change the status.
