Note: The Shop feature only applies to In-Person Event or P2P In-Person Event campaign types.
When you enable the Shop feature, you activate a dashboard where you can monitor your sales at a glance and see if items (or variants of an item) have sold out. From your campaign's Dashboard, access Shop in the left side menu. Flip between the Products and Sales tabs to view your inventory or a record of products sold.
In the Products tab, you will be able to:
Edit an item
Delete an unsold item
Turn off sales for an item by toggling it off
Rearrange the order your items are displayed
View at a glance if items or item variants are sold out
Note: Items that are completely sold out will be outlined in red in your dashboard and flagged with a "Sold Out" label. If a variant of an item (such as particular size or color option) has sold out, it will be flagged with an "Option Sold Out" label.
In the Sales tab, you will be able to:
View and sort a table of items and who they were purchased by
Export a record of your items sold, including purchaser information

What do supporters see when Shop products are sold out?
If you enabled an overall quantity limit for a product and that limit has been met, the item will be grayed out and tagged as Sold Out. You can decide if you'd like to toggle that item off and remove it from public view.
If you have enabled a quantity limit on a variant for that item (i.e. size or color) and one of those options sells out, the variant will be grayed out and listed as Sold Out when participants select their variant.
