Note: The Shop feature only applies to In-Person Event or P2P In-Person Event campaign types.
After enabling the Shop feature, you can add as many products as you like to your Shop. You will be able to turn sales on and off as needed and set quantity limits for your items based on your inventory.
Steps
Visit your campaign's Dashboard.
Select Shop from the left side menu.
Click + New Product in the top right corner.
Begin adding the basic information about your product, including the product name (required), product description, cost (required, even if $0), and product image.
You will be asked if you want to Include Variants for your product, such as different size or color options for participants to choose from. Select Yes or No if you need variants for your item. If selecting Yes, you will be able to add as many variants as you need.
You will be asked if you need to Limit Quantity for your product, either for the item as a whole or for different variant options provided. Select Unlimited, For Overall Item, or For Variants depending on your inventory. If setting limits for variants, you will be able to enter your inventory amounts.
You will be able able to enable an optional question for each item if there is additional information you need to collect. Adjust the toggle if you need to enable an additional question and choose if it should be required or optional.
Click Publish Product when complete.
Note: By default, your product will immediately be available for purchase at registration. If you need to disable or hide it from public view, adjust the toggle on the item profile in your Shop dashboard.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I edit a Shop product after adding it?
Click on the item while viewing your Shop's dashboard and select the Edit button in the pop-up that appears. You can also hover over the item and select the three dot menu and select Edit Item.
Can I edit my product to add a quantity limit after originally selling it without a limit?
Yes. You can return and add a limit to your product or its variants at anytime. Note that if you set your limit below what you've already sold, your product will be listed as sold out.
Can I schedule Shop sales to turn off at a particular time?
No. If you need to disable sales for a product in your Shop at a particular time, you will need to visit your Shop dashboard and manually toggle those items off.
