Indicate that add-ons have been distributed to purchasers

Note: This feature only applies to In-Person Event or P2P In-Person Event campaign types.

If you are selling merchandise or items via the Add-On feature, you will be able to easily view a list of all purchased add-ons, mark them as fulfilled after distribution, and download an export of add-on sales.

Steps

  1. Visit your campaign’s Dashboard.

  2. Select Event Day from the left hand menu, then visit the Add-Ons tab.

  3. Use the search table to find the buyer’s name, which will pull up any add-ons they have purchased. If multiple items were purchased, each will display as a separate line item. You can click on their name to view additional details about their add-on purchase.

  4. Click the Mark fulfilled button to indicate for your records that the item has been distributed to the buyer.

To export a list of all add-on purchases on your campaign, select Download when viewing the Add-On table. You can also download your Add-On report by visiting your campaign’s Dashboard and selecting Reports from the left side menu.
