Projectable on any TV or tablet, live activity displays keep attendees engaged

Updated over a week ago

If you are hosting an event on Pledge It, your campaign’s Dashboard will feature additional tools to help you run a successful in-person event, including customizable Live Displays to feature live donation or auction activity.

Live Displays can be shown on any monitor, TV screen, tablet display and they update in real-time, keeping your attendees engaged and helping you spotlight their contributions towards your goal.

Steps

  1. Visit your campaign’s Dashboard.

  2. Select Event Day from the left side menu and visit the Live Display tab.

  3. Select New Display.

  4. You’ll be taken to a page to customize your live display. Name your display, choose a light theme or dark theme, choose to feature donation activity or auction activity (applicable only if you have an auction enabled), and decide which display elements you’d like to include.

  5. Click Publish Live Display.

After generating a display, you will return to the Live Display tab where your display will be listed. Click the three dot menu to the right of your display to find options to Launch Display, Edit Display, or Delete Display.

Examples

We recommend playing around with different display elements to find the right display for your needs. For example, the Fundraising version of the display can display a thermometer with progress towards your goal if a goal is provided, or it can show an interactive running tally of your funds raised. You can also choose to hide widgets like the donation feed, QR code, or amount raised.

Note: There are no limits on the number of Live Displays you can create.
