Add organization-level or campaign-level admins to your Pledge It account

You can manage who has access to your organization's Pledge It account. There are two access levels available. Organization-level admins have full access to all campaigns, programs, and organization settings. Campaign-level admins only have access to the campaign dashboard of a campaign they've been invited to.

Add or remove an organization-level admin

  1. From your Organization Dashboard, select Org Settings, then Admins.

  2. Invite a new admin by clicking the +Invite button in the top right corner. Enter their email address to trigger an admin invite email.

  3. Remove an organization-level admin by clicking the trash can icon to the right of their account.

Add or remove a campaign-level admin

  1. From your Organization Dashboard, select Campaigns, then find the campaign you are looking to add or remove an admin from.

  2. In the campaign’s Dashboard, select Settings, then Admins.

  3. Invite a new admin by clicking the +Invite button in the top right corner. Enter their email address to trigger an admin invite receipt.

  4. Remove a campaign-level admin by clicking the trash can icon to the right of their account.

Once you invite an admin, you will see their information appear with their status listed as “Invited.” This invitation will remain active for roughly a week before flipping to “Expired.” After they follow the invitation link in their email, their status will flip to “Active.”

Frequently Asked Questions

My team member did not receive the invite email.

Before trying to resend their invite, have your team member check their spam folder. Double-check the spelling of their email to ensure there are no typos. If you are still having troubles, reach out to the your organization’s Customer Success representative.

I invited a team member but their invite expired. Can I reinvite them?

Yes. You can remove their expired invitation by clicking the trash can icon and resend a new invitation using the +Invite button.

Why would I need a campaign-level admin?

Many organizations use Pledge It for third-party events for their organization. You can give limited access to a single campaign to a third-party event organizer or volunteer on your team. They will be able to manage the campaign directly while all the funds raised will go to your bank account. They will be unable to access your Organization Dashboard or any other campaigns you’ve created.
