Organizations can cancel their Pledge It membership at any time and retain full access to the platform through the end of their billing period. After membership is fully expired, organizations can still access all campaign data but will be unable to process new payments or registrations.
Steps
From your Organization Dashboard, select the Membership icon in the top right corner.
You will see a summary of your current subscription details. Select Cancel Subscription.
Review the confirmation screen and select Cancel Subscription to confirm.
Your subscription will be canceled, but is still available until the end of your billing period. You can reactivate your subscription at any time.
Before You Go
Be sure to check in with your Customer Success represenative! They may reach out to you to see what your plans are and if you plan to reactivate your membership for your next event. Our Customer Success team can also review any new and upcoming features that your organization may be interested in for future events.
