During your silent auction, you can view registered bidders and view bid activity to see which items are generating the most interest. This can help you understand more about the type of auction items your audience is interested in for future auctions.

When viewing your auction in your campaign’s Dashboard, you will see a summary of your estimated amount raised, the number of auction items you’ve added, and the total number of bidders.

You can toggle between viewing your items and viewing your bidders by clicking on the different sub-menus. Select Bidders to see a table view of who has registered to bid in the auction. You will see their name, the number of items they have bid on (even if 0), how many items they won (if your auction has ended), and the date they registered to bid.

You can search this table to find a particular bidder and view their bid activity. You can also download a list of all your registered bidders by selecting the Download button. ​

If you want to see a summary of a bidder’s activity, select their name to pull up their bidding profile. On the left you will see which items they have placed bids on and their status (outbid, winning, won bid). On the right, you will see a summary of their bidding profile information, including contact information and shipping address (if collected).

If you want to monitor the bidding on a particular item, simply click on the item to pull up its item snapshot. You will see a bid history for the item on the left and a summary of the item’s status on the right. The bid history will show what bids have been placed and whether or not they have been outbid. The current highest bidder will be displayed at the top, marked with a green Winning or Won Bid label.
